You loved someone - maybe for years -
You know how to love -
Use that love now to love a pet - foster or adopt -
Love the planet - ecology -
Contact people in your extended family who you didn't have enough time for earlier in your life -

HONOR YOUR LOVED ONES
Write down a favorite family stories
or Create a Scrapbook -
Continuing their special project or work (their garden, their charity.)

IT's OK to FORGET YOURSELF and your GRIEF and
have a good day, laugh, notice how beautiful it is outside.
